    How’s it going,

Only recently, the pipes in the floorboards above my living room seem to “crack” intermittently after heating goes off for up to 3 hours. Is this normal? I guess it’s them contracting while cooling down but should it last that long?

    Thanks in advance!

Yup, mine do the same and it drives me nuts. It's only on the upstairs zone as the copper pipes run through the floorboards. Next time I have a free weekend with No kids in the house in pulling up the boards and replacing with qualpex and srcuring/insulating the pipes properly
