Being overcharged

    12 months ;39.99 was up in november, rang to try avail of black Friday offer but was unsuccessful as current customer.  Was put through to loyalty team who offered option to retain rate, which I gratefully accepted. Next bill was 70 something, lengthy wait on phone so went on chat. Language difficulties aside i finished the 40 minute conversation under the illusion that the high rate was first month rate. This month having added a mobile at 9.99 introductory the bill was e94.went on chat to learn I was not on loyalty rate but at full tariff. Had I not been offered the deal I was I'd have jumped ship to another provider, I do it annually.
    Help?

    3. Account Number
    4. DOB
    5. Are you the Account Holder?

    As soon as I get this information I will look into what plan you were offered.
