Emails with negative balance after closing account

    Hi, I closed my account over a year ago and have been getting emails from Eir since, to tell me that my bill is a negative amount. I assume this means Eir owes me money but I haven't received any emails to tell me who to contact to get this money returned.

    Could you PM the following details?
    1. Registered Name
    2. Registered Address
    3. Account Number
    4. DOB
    5. Are you the Account holder?

    As soon as I receive this information I can organise for the refund to be processed.
