    Hi,

Just looking for some advice with regard to this. My partner and I are considering applying for a career break to teach in another country next year. However one of the things holding us back is how the cost of building seems to be gradually rising and on the up and I'm worried if we leave it until 2020/21 as opposed to 2019/20 prices will really go up.
I understand that this is a stupid question and hard to predict but I was just wondering would the cost of building fluctuate a lot in that kind of space of time.
We are going to put in for planning permission (the south east) this year regardless of what we decide and I'm afraid to go too big in case the amount is €100 per sq/ft this year and jumps to €150 per sq/ft in 2 years time.

Also has there been any word on if they will extend the help to buy/build scheme into 2020

Very hard question to asnwer. Will we be in a economic crisis in 2020?

H2B scheme is constantly under scrutiny as to weither they are keeping it.

Also Price PSM is a load of Boll*x,
Look over this thread for previous threads why, The effort of typing it out again.

Get a Contractor to quote you now, He will say it will cost more in 2020.
    But inflation does that regardless.
