may be a silly question but I was just wondering if anyone has physically tried charging up their E.V. (Leaf or Zoe or other EV) by a petrol generator outputting 230v 13a 2.5Kw with a 13a 3 pin socket onboard and using the granny cable? - whether it be in an emergency situation or whether just to try it out to see if it worked OK?

did it work out ok if you did?
