    Hi there,

Is it possible to hire a quality surveyor to come and inspect a finished renovation?

And if so , what would the cost be, in and around?

I'm having huge issues with my house and would really like a proper final list by a professional to hand the contractor.

    Many thanks

What is your objective of this inspection?

Quantity surveyors mostly deal with cost. Do you want someone to do a snag list?

Op has used QS in the title to mean QUALITY surveyor looks like you did the same as myself - thinking it meant QUANTITY surveyor. Yes OP You need what is known as a snag list undertaken. This will highlight all issues regarding work not completely finished & also badly finished works. Believe me when I say I have personally found as many as 380 snags in a new build house
