Water bill refund

    Hi  I havent received my IW bill refund to date. I have been onto ur customer service multiple times over the laslast year .nobody can tell me when i will get my refund nor will anyone ever return my calls. I have alao writtwn to your head office several times however tbey too dont respond. Could you help me out on this please
