Hello Folks, want to build a simple one in my garden, in timber,for recreational purposes. I'm told I can make it Max 25m2. Is this the internal floor area or the external wall area ? Thank you

Internal floor area.

In addition. Max height, above ground level, for flat roofed structure = 3m, and, for pitched roof structure = 4m.

Also bear in mind that the area of any other sheds you may have has to be deducted from the 25m.sq.
