Remote access with Annke NVR

    Hi folks

    Anyone have an Annke NVR?

    Have a weird issue with one I have. Remote viewing stopped on it about a month or so ago using the Guarding Expert app. Also when on the LAN my laptop won't connect to it.
    Router is seeing it an assigning an IP address.
    Tried setting it up again on cloud P2P scanning the qr code and no joy.

    Seems to be issues with the Annke website so struggling to look at support info.

    They are still operating???

    Any thoughts or suggestions?
