60cm Gas Hob Advice/Recommendations

I’ve recently moved to a house with gas and the hob installed has the high-heat burner at the back where it is too close to the wall for big pans/woks etc.

Would anyone have any recommendations or experience of a 60cm hob with a wok burner in the middle or front of the hob? I don’t necessarily need 4 burners, as long as it has 2 decent ones.

The simple solution may be call in to a stove supplier and get some fire retardant board that you could attach to the wall, if you want to change the hob the cut out for a 4burner and 5burner is usually the same in gas, from your post are you saying that the wok burner is at the back as I have only ever seen them in the centre middle. If the hob burners when lit are emitting a yellow high flame and you are running it on bottled gas then it needs to be converted from natural gas to bottled gas jets
