f2000 modem keeps dropping out - losing connection

    Hi,
    My efibre f2000 modem keeps dropping connection. It is out 80% of the time, but comes back for 2-5 minutes. Also, after resetting to factory settings, the http://192.168.1.254 page keeps reloading so I can't change settings.
