Nissan Connect App [the service cannot be provided]

    The past couple of days for some reason the app says it can't connect and the service cannot be provided which means I can't set the climate remotely or check on the status while charging. Strangely enough I get the notification when the charge is complete. Is anyone else having issues with the app at the moment?

    Same here, App gives 'This Service Cannot Be Provided' and web page gives '504 Gateway Time-out' for the past 2 or 3 days.


    Just checked again, both are working now !

    The app in general has been done since Nissan released an update in December.
    It’s hit and miss whether your account has been effected. Some have and some haven’t.

    Mine personally is all over the place. One day I can pre heat the next I can’t.
    One day I see state of charge they next I can’t. Then I get random notifications of charge starts and finishing.

    This is what Nissan UK sent me recently.

    Please note that the You+Nissan portal has recently gone through a large overhaul and maintenance over the last week, which includes migrating over to a new platform to offer better services, sharper design and more security.

    We are currently experiencing some internal server issue that has affected the usage of our Nissan Connect services, these issues will hopefully be rectified soon.

    We ask for your ongoing patience while we rectify these issues
