Screen was broken so decided to replace the screen and chassis. Ran into a problem early on with what I assumed was the wifi cable running from the logic board on top, to the charging port and board on the bottom. The cable was difficult to disconnect from the bottom board, and I managed to pull the connection from the board. Not unplug it, but pulled the soldiered connection from the board. A new one is only a couple of euros.

I assumed this would only affect the wifi on the phone. It didn't really bother me since I ordered a replacement board. I could work away without wifi for a few weeks.

However, after swapping everything over, the phone works fine, wifi and all, but there's no phone signal. Does that mean that it was not a wifi cable but a phone signal antenna that I had broken?
