Hi just a query if you dont mind.

We already have a mortgage the past 6 years and very much in positive equity in out house.

We both work full time state jobs and have never missed payments on any loans or our mortgage.

We're looking to get a new mortgage to extend and have tongo through the process all over again.

I'm looking to start up a business and would like to take out a small business loan circa 5k. Is this something the bank will take in to consideration when applying? Could it scupper our best laid plans?

We have other loans out for home improvements and car loans but we still have a relatively good disposable incoome.

    Thanks in advance
