    Hi all,

I have an 8x4 trailer of timber I need to recycle or dispose of.

Is there anywhere in Dublin that takes timber for recycling?
I looked at the recycling centre websites but it seems they either only take small trailers or green waste in bulk.

It's the remains of an old shed that we cut up.

    Thanks :)

hmm...thought this sounded odd so I looked here and here, it says they'll accept your stuff. Not exactly cheap, mind.

Put it up on Adverts. Somebody will take it for firewood. I assume it is not painted.

Shed wood is likely to be treated. Bad idea to burn as firewood.

Depending on the state of the wood, your local Mens Shed group might take it for their projects.

Thanks for the replies, Swords recycling centre took it in.
