light switch in toilet

    Is it permitted to have a light switch in a bathroom toilet? as in photo below;

    Would replacing the switch with a PIR solve any issues

    The pir if installed correctly would solve the issue for switching a light. As would a pull cord switch

    It just fit an LED bulb and blank out the switch. The running costs is negligible
