Hey, first there was an issue with calling voicemail. Said I was barred and to call customer services. But I cannot call customer services as that too was barred.

Other mobile calls were fine until tonight, now all are barred.

Called customer services from a landline earlier and was left on hold for 25 minutes until I gave up.

Is this Network problem or an account problem?
