Should 97yo's have a license to drive?

It's a tough one. There are some 20yo's around here I wouldn't give a license to in a million years cause all they do is drive around in so called souped up cars for the sake of showing off.

What should be the cut off point in terms of age for driving if there should be one at all. Hard to determine when age doesn't accurately reflect one's physical competence but at the same time 97 is one hell of an age.

There should be no specific cut off.

However, there perhaps be limits on licences and more regular and/or more stringent medicals,

I think 100 years old should be the cut off point. Don't ask me why.
