Fuel in Cork

Why the fcuk is fuel at least 10c dearer in Cork than Dublin? Filled up with diesel the other day in Dublin for less than 1.20 and in Cork most places above 1.30. Haven't seen any for less than 1.28

All garages in Castlebar 1.30 or above for diesel bar one which is 1.28.9.
