Plastering suggestions

    Hello,

We have a shuttered concrete retaining wall in our garden, 2m high / 12m long that we'd like to spruce up by plastering over. Obviously for look only, no practical purpose or waterproofing required, napped as a finish to match house. Could anyone tell me do we need to consider the mix of the plaster we'd need for adhering to poured concrete rather than plain concrete block? Would scratch coat be required? Could a lime / white sand mix be used for brightness? Would we need a particular type of bonding agent to be applied first to the wall or mix? Also any idea of ball park costs for a job that size currently.

    Thanks all.
