Would you trade a 2018 Rolex Explorer 39mm 214270 for the older 36mm Explorer 114270 (awful pressed clasp)

Or just Keep the 39mm and add a 36mm Tudor Black Bay?

I'd keep the 39mm. Prefer that size.

The 36mm is such a nice watch when it's on the wrist. The only thing that put me off getting one at the start was the rubbish clasp.

Since I've turned old, I've flirted with the notion of acquiring a Datejust. I have to say the new case DJ36 is a much nicer watch to wear (7.5 wrist) than the 41. While great on, it does look tiny on the shelf... Which slightly puts me off. Also, there's the stigma of two tone, not to mention poor residuals if I get bored of it.

It's everything I should hate, but I love this...

No that's much nicer then the 41, the 41 looks very out of proportion. 36 is defiantly the way to go as regards the DJ. I think the two tone in that particular model looks very nice well.
