Missing deliveries from Book Depositary/ An Post back log

    Hi,
    I ordered 9 boooks from book depository on 25 November. I received dispatch emails for all of them Within 3 days.

    however only 3 of them Arrived approximately 3 weeks later.

    The remaining 6 have never arrived. (Approximately €70 worth of books)

    Book depository confirmed their despatch by email when I queried it. They are not tracked. I received no missy delivery notice from An post. I also have an An Post box so they would all have easily fit in that.

    Has anybody had this issue?

    No response from An Post help email yet. ( contacted them 3 days ago)

    Where were they posted from (check the email)? Some recent books I purchased from the Book Depository were posted from Australia and took forever to arrive.

    I ordered several books for Xmas from Book Depository. All arrived no bother. Always find them great.
