    I started a new job last year on the usual fixed term contract - it was 22 hours. Re-interviewed in June and now am on RPT. I know I can apply for job share once I have 12 continuous months. My question is if my CID is based on the hours available in my third year and I apply for jobshare- will I only be granted one for 11 hours ?
