Looking to rent a specific car

Hi all..


I am looking to rent for a couple of days (or even hours) a Ford Mustang GT, or similar (american muscle car,) or (last resort) a Jaguar.


My wife loves them, and I want to make her a surprise.


Avis, Hertz and Budget, have advertised Ford Mustang GT in the past, but can't seem to find availability online. I even tried other companies too, and rental aggregators. No luck.


I can settle with even a "track lap" if there is an option.


Any ideas?

Go to the US. No problem renting Mustangs over there.

There's a company that puts owners together with clients, not strictly legal in Ireland unless the driver has an SPSV license etc. but might be worth a try if she's so set on one. The photos of the Mustang would seem to hint at track days, crash helmets etc.

You could try talking to Byrne & Maguire, the Ford Main Dealer in Dundalk.
The owner drives a red Mustang - maybe they could do a deal where you get a "Courtesy car" when you're having work done!

Ive a 2010 Ford Focus you can borrow. Might not tick all boxes, but shes got new tyres, recently serviced, and will have the auld doll gagging by the time she hits 6000revs

600 for 3 hours with a driver!! Rip off republic. I got a 5 Ltr GT for a day over here for 300$.
