Is 750 euro a good price for flights from Belfast to Sydney in November?
    Should I wait?

It's depends what the route is. If it's Belfast, Dubai, syndey on Emirates at 23hours then yes it's a great price. If it's e.g. Belfast, Frankfurt, Shanghai, syndey on China Cheapo at 45hours then maybe re consider your options.
