Heatmiser neoStat Query

    Hi all,

We have the above thermostats installed throughout the house. We basically have them only to control temperature and don't use any of the timing or multitude of other settings to control the heat in the rooms.

We are having an issue with the thermostat in an open plan area with a vaulted ceiling. There are two thermostats in this area (one in kitchen and one in the living room). For the past week, we have the temperature of the floor set to 23 degrees; the thermostat shows the flame symbol calling for heat and the acctuators for the area are opened in our hot press. However, the stat reading for room temperature is constantly displaying a value of 20/21 degrees. It maintains this reading even though, at times, the room is noticably cooler than other times.

The symbol calling for heat is constantly on also, which means that I am afraid that our heat pump will be using a lot of electricity. Any tips or advice? We have 7 other thermostats througout the house and are not having this issue. Is a room with a vaulted ceiling much more difficult to heat?

    Thanks
