Awaiting call out for installation

    Hi,

    I have signed up to Eir last Thursday over the phone where I was told that I would receive a txt to confirm the call out time and date.

    I have still yet to receive this txt.

    What can I do to get this sorted as I am eagerly awaiting the service to be installed.
