Switching from eir

    Last month I switched from eir and received a letter from eir explaining that I would receive a letter shortly with full details of how to return equipment. However to date I've not received any letter with instructions. Can you look into this please. Thanks

    The Freepost option in the link you provided doesn't say where to send the equipment. It simply says to "[font=GT-Walsheim-Regular, Arial]attach the pre-printed labels included with your eir letter to the outside of the parcel". [/font]Can you let me know the address to return equipment please.

    You can send the equipment back through parcel motel also. It is free of charge. All you need is your eir account number. The link to send back with parcel motel can be found in the above link.
