    Try camostop in Carrick on Suir.
    They used to do repro helmets.
    Site is down but Facebook looks ok.
    Sorry if I have lead you down a blind alley.
    Try one of the militart shows in the summer either lots there.
    One in Cork one on Wexford one in Naas possibyl more that I haven't heard about.

    I have dug out the helmet along with the para/cavalry y strap and the type 1 para boots (side tie) size nine
