    Hi there I am planning on changing my front door. Could anybody give me a ball park figure for a new door with a medium size side window? Thanks in advance

    My advice is check specifically for u value and airtightness etx. We got a new front door several years ago, looks absolutely lovely and contemporary but hall is cold as it is draught and the double glazing is crap. Big and expensive mistake. It'll cost another 2.5k to replace.

    I'd be asking for passive grade with no letterbox etc and put in an external letterbox, there won't be much difference in price.
