Android box with twin sat tuners?

Hi folks, I just got rid of the s$y and the other half is complaining about not be able to record. Is there an Android box that would have a dual sat tuner that can record one channel while watching another. A over the air tuner would be good for Irish stations but not necessarily. That looks great, do you know how hard it is to setup? would it support IPTV and or plex? and could you play recordings across a network?

They of course are not as full featured but also cost considerably less and are much neater/smaller.
