Changed Sim-ONly Plan - MyEir Account not working

    Hi
    I changed my Sim-Only plan on wednesday via Loyalty.
    When I go into MyEir it says my number is not currently active.
    I've tried t re-add but the system just hangs when I enter my Phone number and PIN. Can you pelase assist?

    Sorry to hear about this. 

    Could you PM the following details? 
    1. Your Name
    2. Your Address
    3. Your DOB
    4. Your Account Number
    5. Are you the Account Holder? 

    As soon as I get this I can check why this is not working
