ComReg Complaint

    Folks

I have registered a complaint with ComReg on the basis of Eir's failure to provide a service they have advertised and for which they have received payment for.
This is a breach of contract where the consumer has a reasonable expectation that the vendor will provide a service as advertised.

This is the only way to get them to fix their issues.

    Hi AlfaGTV76,

In order for ComReg to investigate your complaint, you will need to have logged an official complaint with eir.

You can log a complaint by clicking this link

An agent in our complaints team will respond to your complaint. A confirmation email will be sent once the email has been received.
