Refurbished iPhone - faulty

    I purchased a refurbished iPhone from eBay.
    (Its quite a big respectable seller...apparently)

    Headphones do not output sound properly from the iPhone- all muffled.

    I have contacted the seller and they said to return the item for assessment.

    My queries...

    1. What postal company can I use to send a phone back to UK
    (that doesn't have the no battery rule).


    2. Should the company foot the bill for me sending the phone back ?
    (they dont have any policy details up)
