Hi - I know it is slightly off topic but this is the nearest thread I could find to answer my question.

Am looking for a Mercedes service garage in South Dublin or Wicklow, for a service on 3 yr old motor. Don't want to use main dealers as cannot afford their prices and need a recommendation of independent garages with a good rep, who may specialise in Mercs.

Any pointers?

I thought the entry service price for a Merc main dealer service is €180, that's not too bad and you could decline any recommendations after that and sort elsewhere.

Terry Jackson in Shankhill might be worth a shout if going independent. Edit: just had a look, he has a website and he's €15 cheaper for the oil service than a main dealer.
