    I contacted your online chat team Sunday as my broadband and home phone suddenly stopped working. I was asked to try a different modem, which also didn't work. I was then told there was a problem with my modem and a new one would be sent out. When I queried the fact that the other modem tested also didn't work, was told that it must also be faulty (??) After two failed delivery attempts (eir did not inform me that I had to swap the old modem for the new one, so courier could not deliver until the old modem was made available to them) I finally received delivery today. New modem also not working! Tried to call the tech support team this evening. Waited 16 mins with no reply. Now 4 days without broadband in a wifi dependant house. Can somebody please sort this out?!

    Did you get through to our technical team after? 

    This team are the only team that can investigate this for you.

    Hi Grainne, this is who I tried to call yesterday and i couldn't get a reply. The webchat team is who I was dealing with before who told me the modem was faulty. I'm not willing to spend all day on hold running up a phone bill. Maybe somebody could call me?

    Spoke to technical team this evening. Can't find a fault with the line .Sending an engineer, this will take two tp three working days. I advised that I won't be here during the day as I work. I was told that I have to wait until this technician rings me an hour before they are due to arrive to tell them that I won't be there and only then can I book an appointment for a time and date that I can be here. I am so unbelievably frustrated with this company. Does anyone know of it's possible to get out of contract in this case?
