I thought i had a DD setup but i dont. my bills were at a reduced rate i dont understand where this figure has come from?

Could you PM the following details and I can check why your bill cost this much?
1. Your Name
2. Your Address
3. Your DOB
4. Are you the Account Holder?
5. Account Number
