Issues with Eir account

    Hello,

    I switched to a new bill pay plan yesterday, and in this process, my old myEir account has become no longer active and I cannot make sense of how I go about setting up a new one for my new plan.

    This is because I cannot find my account number anywhere on the documentation I got yesterday in the shop. I never got an email (even though I provided my email address) with this info either.

    Could you please assist with me with telling me my new account number so that I can set up my new myEir account?

    I also wish to be updated on what happens bill wise for my old account? Will a credit be applied to my new bill?

    I also am currently experiencing unusually low phone coverage too. The coverage was always at a maximum but no it's down to 1 or 2 bars at most. Could you look into this too.

    I am also wondering if you could help me change my SIM pin as I just spoke to Apple support and they said that this relates to the carrier/I can't see the option anymore on my phone. Thanks.

    Sorry to hear you are unable to access your my eir account. 

    Could you PM your name, your address, your Account Number(the last one you had), your DOB and that you are the account holder. 

    As soon as I receive this information I can then access your account and look into this for you.
