    Hi,
    I bought an apartment in Dublin which I'm going to rent it out.

    I got a survey and it said I have to fit automatic door closers and smoke draft seals to all doors except the bathroom door and the front door of the apartment.

    Anyone have any experience in this area and could recommend a company to install the closers and seals?

    How old is the apartment?
    They should have been already fitted.....
