Help with sourcing timer for heating

    Folks,
We have a Neural geothermal system installed in the house. On the control panel there is a Flash Timer which is programmed to turn the hot water tank on at night to take advantage of the night rates and geothermal helping to hear the water at that time as well. For the last week or so the timer seems to be either cutting out or slowing down as the water heating will be on during the day which is twice the price!
It's an integral part of the panel but is removable. Had a look online but can't find anything like it anywhere. Panel is approx 10 years old. Would a generic switch do here? It's only ever on setting 1 - Timed Pump A. The heat pump is on a different timer attached to an internal thermostat.
    I've attached 2 pics

    Any help or advice appreciated.
    Thanks
    Mark
