Are these phones locked to one network or can any SIM go in?
    Thanks

Depends if you buy directly from a network or not .

95% of the time directly from the network means locked.. considering the age of this phone I'd be very confident it's network locked

    Where you buying it ??

Is it possible to get them unlocked?

I believe so but don't have any experience with Samsungs myself so another poster will need to help with that.

If you're in Dublin I'm sure you'd find a place on Moore Street that could do it for you
