NO mobile number in account/ closure

    Hi I recently changed my plan before Christmas.
    Today I got a text saying that my account is now closed and that a refund is due.

    Is this account closure text related to the old plan?

    Also in the my mobile section in my eir it says there are no mobile numbers attached to my account
