Collsoft payroll problems

    I have been using collsoft for over 10 years and never had any issues until u have tried to use 2019 and have loads of problems. I have tried calling collsoft but they have been engaged for the past week and don't reply to emails. Any one else any issues?

    I've been using the 2019 package since before Christmas. What issues are you having? Have you updated to the latest version here? https://download.collsoft.ie/Ordering/DownloadDetails.aspx?item=1200

    I keep getting an error message when I got he upgrade. I have re run the install/repair but it still won't work for me. Keeps telling me to finish installation of prior year but it is installed and running ok.
