Anyone still have their tree and decorations up?

Haven't really had a chance to do it yet. Was busy all weekend and too busy in the evenings to bother! I'll do it this week, I swear.

Still have the lights out the front of the house. Suppose I should at least turn them off.

When i lived with a friend, we used to leave it up all year round. When I moved into my own place he kept the tradition going, until he met a lady friend who was the grinch!!!

Yes I had to climb up into the attic and get out a load of boxes and sort through a load of paper in order to post the thread.

all was torn down on the 28th when I had a day off and the wife wasn't home. Every bauble in a big box, lights in another, about 20 random boxes fecked in recycling.

I remember one year my Grandad had his up (lights on every evening and all) till February.
He loved the attention!

My elderly neighbour still has his up. He hasnt taken his milk in for about a week now either, the lazy git.

Mine is up since November 2017

Left it up all last year.

It was funny in March.

It was in the way in June.

I forgot about it by July and it became part of the background.

Was down by new years. Our dog was terrified of it this year. Nothing new on it but for some reason he couldnt walk past it so it had to come down as soon as christmas was over.

We took down the window/outdoor lights Yesterday and a few bits Today. The trees and ornaments will be taken down over the next few days.
