A former tenant in my place abandoned an old 2003 3 series BMW in the back garden (Limerick City). I don't have keys or documentation. The guy isn't responding to emails, texts or calls.

What are my options? I have to get rid of the thing soon.

Drag it out onto the road and report it to th council/litter warden. They'll put a notice on it that it only has a certain amount of time before it's removed (week or so). Then they'll take it away and your ass is covered.

Just make sure that the number plate, tax disc and anything else on the windscreen blows away in the middle of the night

Not certain that would get the guaranteed response from the council that you’d get in Dublin.
