Replacement receipt from retailer?

    Had a 6 month old Sandisk memory card go faulty and the manufacturer is being awkward about proof of purchase.

    I normally take pictures of receipts but this time I didn't for some reason.

    If I can tell the retailer the time and date of the transaction should they be able to provide me with a duplicate receipt? I can see a purchase from the store in question on my credit card

    Any decent retailer will be able to get you that no problem. Pretty much every epos system has a receipt search function.
