Thugs have been bricking buses since the 80s , Tallaght back in the day was always an interesting journey

    Scumbags though.

To be fair, any scrote could have done this. It was near a halting site, that doesn't mean it was someone living in the site.

I know it's serious and someone could have been seriously hurt but those photos are an anti climax.

Wasn't us boss..... But in all seriousness, I hope the Child is OK. Judging from the pictures he is fine. Plenty of areas will be completely black listed when drivers have finally had enough of this sort of thing.

If it wasn't the travellers then it was definitely the leftists, or the Muslims.

Isn't that the way these threads go.

Before this becomes yet another Traveller bashing thread, the incident happened on Shanganagh Road, between Ballybrack and Shankill, beside two large housing estates (one council, one private) and a very small halting site.

Wasn’t travellers anyhow, they’re deeply religious and an ethnic minority.

Exactly. Sure it's often settled people dumping their crap at halting sites.

Peter casey needs to visit this halting site with the media circus in tow

Wasn't on a Dublin bus it was on a 45A ran by Go Ahead Ireland which is a British company.

Only bus ran by Dublin bus in and around that area now is 7s, 84s and 145.

But it was still a bus in Dublin just not operated by DB. It's like saying a London bus whether it be operated by Go-Ahead, Arriva, Stagecoach, Metroline etc.

Possibly travelers. But probably not black travelers. Tough call to tell if this thread will be dead by morning or rage on for weeks on end.

    Usual suspects

My theory is that a resident from the halting site came running out when he heard the bus coming, faster then lightening he ran and through the rock, then legged it back in quicker then his horse. My evidence is this, even settled rock throwers don't hang around outside halting sites.

    Mickey mouse bullsh*t

It was a Dublin Bus, as in a bus in and from dublin

Are you saying that Dublin Bus sent a squadron to take out the 45a?!
Do the other buses have alibis?

The title of the thread is correct - it was a Dublin bus not a Dublin Bus bus.

To be honest if Dublin bus is put up everyone thinks it's Dublin bus.

Look at all the complaints meant for the new operator but people send them to Dublin bus.

Dublin bus is a brand in case you're not sure about that.

It's actually not like what you say stephen15 as if you say Wexford bus there is actually a company called just that and there are other operators.

Note the lower case 'b' in the headline.

    Remember the Carrickmines fire?

Remember the Rockwell Drive residents objecting to the makeshift halting site?

Remember when they hammered by the media class for objecting to it?

Guess where the family ended up?
