What is demand for housing like in Claremorris now

    Not sure if this is the right thread or not.

    Anyway, looking at relocating back home from Claremorris. Toying with the idea of renting the house we have at the moment of selling it. There isn't really any similar houses ( 4 bed detached) for sale at the moment so its hard to gauge what we would get for it.

    Has anybody any experience with buying or selling in that part of Mayo recently?

    Yeah i have but its hard to get a house the very same if you know what i mean? But that does indicate that houses are selling!
