Refused delivery - who is responsible?

    I ordered a PS4 from Littlewoods on the 17th of November but soon after I found a better deal elsewhere so I cancelled the first order but they said it was not possible to do and I could refuse the delivery instead.

    I did as I was told and refused delivery on the 23rd of November but since then I notice that the package has gone back to the UK and then to Ireland again. Littlewoods don't know anything about it and I don't have enough tracking information to follow up with Fastway. It's been in limbo since then.

    Since I did not sign for it and refused delivery, am I responsible in any way for the loss of the package? Am I entitled to a refund still?

    Here's the tracking information I do have, I don't know what they're at.

    Wouldn't worry about it the tracking information clearly says you refused the order as it was cancelled. Their ends your responsibility for it.

    Littlewoods have the contract with the courier, and it is up to them to get their goods back.

    Considering its going on this long and still not resolved, you should contact the card provider you paid with and see about a chargeback. This is often limited to 90/120 days so I wouldn't delay in doing so.
