    Hi there,

    An elderly family friend wants to get Broadband for her pc, We've decided on eir as they have the best package on PAYG, (they dont want or can afford another bill)
    The 50gb for 29.99 suits her needs perfectly, 

    I'm wondering, How does she top this up when it arraives (i'll install it for her) 
    Can she buy credit in the shop and top it up?

    No problem. 

    You can pop the SIM into your mobile device and text '30 Day Extra' to 50104 and then put the SIM back into the device or alternatively you can chat with an agent online here They will be able to apply this plan to the SIM for you.

    Hi Joe,

    You can take the SIM out of the mobile broadband modem and place it into a mobile phone this will allow you to text '30 Day Extra' to 50104 to top up your mobile broadband. You can then replace the SIM back into the modem.

    No problem Joe.

    Once she opts in for that plan it will continue as long as she tops up on the exact end date (so top up on the same date every month). This will keep the plan active on the device.
